The organizational unit for finance is responsible for:

 

1.preparing a cash budget (income and expenditure) of the School, 

2.drawing up plans for own income,

3.managing the School accounting in accordance with the regulations, 

4.financial management, 

5.analyzing the use of budget resources for payroll, property and investment expenditures,

6.analyzing the use of extra-budgetary resources, 

7.internal control of financial records, 

8.preparation of financial reporting, 

9.drafting of internal rules and regulations concerning accounting.
